  • At this time, ELEMAREdesign ships merchandise only to locations within the continental United States and not to international locations. Nor does ELEMAREdesign ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam or the US Virgin Islands. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier. Shipping costs charged at the time of purchase is ESTIMATED. Final shipping charge is based on actual weight of package at time of shipping, plus $7 combined insurance and handling charge. Actual shipping charges may be lower than the estimate collected. Therefore, in consideration of our customers, ELEMAREdesign reserves the right to refund a portion of shipping, insurance, and handling costs collected that are in excess of actual costs. Any refund will be posted to the customer's PayPal account identified during the purchase transaction.

  • EXCHANGES: Because most items are one-of-a-kind, exchanges for same items cannot be accommodated. Exchange for an item of equal value may be arranged. Exchange for an item of lesser value may result in a partial refund to the buyer. Exchange for an item of greater value will result in a charge to the buyer for the price difference between the two items. In all cases, shipping charges are the responsibility of the buyer. REFUNDS. Unless otherwise noted, all items are pre-owned. As such, items are SOLD AS IS. We strive for accuracy in our item descriptions and want you to be informed and satisfied with your purchase. Refunds will be considered only if item description is grossly inaccurate. Please contact us before returning any item. DAMAGES: As a policy, ELEMAREdesign insures all fragile or breakable items against damage in shipping. If an item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately to arrange a return and refund through the insurance recovery process. Original shipping and insurance/handling fees are not refundable unless recoverable under the shipping insurance policy. Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer, and is not refundable. To save return shipping fees, you may prefer to handle the refund directly with your local post office / shipper's office. In that case, please notify ELEMAREdesign of your intentions and we will provide you with all necessary proof of insurance to process your claim yourself.
